Paper Beads Project Tangalle

This project was started in 2011 and facilitated by the Shoba Life to Hands Women’s Society, via support from Transrural Trust, UK and the BIG Lottery Fund. This project has 23 mothers who have disabled children. The women received three months of training after which they were able to make necklaces and earrings to sell in Sri Lankan markets. The products are also sold in Shoba Life to Hands Gallery.
